The Minimum Wages Act 1948 is an Act of Parliament concerning Indian labour law that sets the minimum wages that must be paid to skilled and unskilled labours

The rates are usually fixed for Scheduled employments only. If your employment falls under the schedule and their is no injunction from any Courts of Law for fixing MW for that employment then you may get the Rates of Minimum Wages from AP govt site of Labour Dept. or your may contact your nearest Regional Labour office also.
