I was working with IT Company as Technical Consultant. I got fever for a week for which I had informed them telephonically. Now when I came back they suddenly fired me and send me termination letter next day itself, with the allegation of negative feedback for client and misbehavior with colleagues.
I have mailed them for my claim, but there is no further response from them. And according to appointment letter, they are liable to pay one month salary in case I am termination. I have not received any of them.
