Need judgements on speedy trial

Dear All,

I'm facing case of 498a. I have attended 21 hearings but court is only unnecessarily adjourning the hearings on ground Public prosecutor not present. Even the chief of complainant is still pending. 

So I decided to move to high court for seeking time bound trial u/s 483crpc

Can anyone help me with some judgements?
