Need judgement under consumer protection act

Consumer case/vehicle stolen. Repudiation by Insurance Company. Grounds of repudiation: as per FIR driver of the vehicle had parked the vehicle and left the key in the vehicle and kept the vehicle in unlocked condition, some unknown person had stolen the vehicle/breach of policy condition " the insured is required to take all reasonable steps to the safeguard the vehicle from any loss or damage". Kindly help to cite any judgement of the High Court or Supreme Court in the interest of Consumer.
