Need information regarding commercial property litigated in court

can a commercial property on which a case is pending in court between tenant & owner can be sold to an outsider by owner.(2) if yes & if not what are the prospects left for tenant who has given 90% value of the property 30 years earlier in the form of pagdi.

Inderpal singh u can't sold itto 3rd party till case is decided by ahonerable court.

Tenant can recovered the amount from owner.

If there is no injunction or status quo ordered by the Court, then the owner can sell the property to a third party. The third party shall only acquire the rights of the original owner in the property, and the Court Case on the property shall continue

The third party purchaser shall only take the place of the owner in the Court Case and the tenant can still continue as a party in the case, to prove his rights in the property.
