Dear Sir,
I am planning to buy a plot and construct the house in bangalore. I have seen one plot which looks okay for my requirements. But one thing i observed is , there is high voltage power lines are going just 10-15 foot after that plot.
Please suggest me, would this be a problem while getting plan approval from BBMP?
Do i need to get any NOC from elctricity dept? If yes, pls let me know the process and point of contact in Bangalore East Area.

BBMP would have a site plan details for each sector. Better to see that plan whether that plot is coming in the list of those plots where possesion can not be given due to electricity wire. I have dealt with that kind of case where HUDA(Haryana Urban development Authority) refused to give permission for construction as well as possession on the plot..So be Cautious.
