need Immediate solution

Hi..members!

Is there any chance (i.e time exemption) under which one of the spouse can apply for 'Nullification of Marriage" after 2yrs of seperation immediately after 49 days of marriage without any consummation of wedlock so far.

Yes deseration for two years by spouse is a ground on which not nullity but a divorce can be sought.

On the ground of desertion divorce can be applied, but not for nullity of marriaged

U can apply under section 13-A and get divorce.

but u have to prove that u live seprately. About nullity it is not a ground.

Tell us other relations with the wife only then may be we can help you to get it void.
