Need help urgent

My name is Santhi ..I'm staying abroad with 2 kids in school.. My husband cancelled my visa & now he refuses to pay for my kids expenses ..

I contacted the embassy . They warned him..  i dont have money to get a lawyer here.  What should I do?.

We are helpless & depressed.. :(

Thanks,

@Author

If you are living abroad then why don't you contact the "Women & Child Care" helpline? The laws are very friendly and helpful in such cases. You would certainly get your rights for your sustainance along with your children too.

All the best!

Today I went to Embassy again . They said they can give a letter to the Immigration for my Visa.. But they asked my husband Passport copy. I asked them to contact him. He refused to even meet them.. Embassy also advice me to go to police only, & say they have no rights ..is it so?.

Here they advice me to file a case on him, which I still hesitate, since it may worsen.. Still he is not giving money for kids..
