Hello
I am a businessman in Mumbai, last month myself (my company) and my friend (his company) wants to start a joint venture. In the mean time he collected (in his company) money from public for high rate of interest. Now he is not paying the interest and their money also, people are treating me that they will put 420, 120b of ipc against me also or else I should pay back their money. plz tell me what to do how can i protect myself.

You file a case against your friend in order to guard yourself.

Sirs,
In a domestic violence case the magistrate did not allow protection orders as the same was not asked for , the other party has now made an application for the same orders , can the application be now entertained by the magistrate and grant the relief of protection orders , which was not granted earlier on.
