Need help on 498a/306/304b

Dear experts,

I am facing a case u/s 498a/306/304b,case is in session court next date is for framing of charge.

i discussed with my lawyer about framing of charge,he suggest me that we can file discharge petition in Session Court but since 5 month my lawyer is not filed any dischage frame petition and just extending dates for framing of charge in SC.Could you please let me know any one of the reason why my lawyer is delaying discharge file petition in SC.
