On 22nd Oct, 2022 I had signed up for dental treatment by snazzy for Rs53000. The treatment was intended for a bite correction. During the treatment there was only 1 telephonic follow up done and no in person assessment of the progress of the treatment.
The treatment was planned to be for a 1yr. However, post the treatment there was no final assessment done. On verifying with another doctor recently I got to know that the bite has not been corrected due to which some of my teeth are becoming sensitive.
On reaching out to snazzy they refused to accept the treatment was not complete and mentioned this is the best we could do. While one of their partner clinic doctors offered treatment for an additional Rs.30,000 via another aligner company.
Can someone suggest what can I do against this company as they clearly mentioned I’m free to take any legal action.
