Both husband & wife file divorce petition in same distt but to different judges.In wife `s petition Judge order the respondent husband to pay permanent alimony of RS 1,50,000/ & make settlement wid his wife file his case u/s 13 B HMA,but husband did not appear to the court in last 5-6 dates.wife has custody of her daughter.now what is the remedy for wife? even husband also not appearing in other case.The case is pending in the court from the last one year widout any improvement.Respondent husband stated in the court that he is not working & have not any source of income.Now his councel stated that respondent did not contact him .
Plz give advice,how can wife take alimony & divorce.
