Need Help

Dear All,

I am in urgent need of a very good lawyer who would take up the case of my father who passed away last month. The case is regarding a criminal case which has kept pending in Kolkata High court since 1987 on government appeal. My father retired from service in 2006 & has not been drawing any pension or got any benefits from the department.

I am willing to go to any extent for this.

Please help.

Dear Querist,

Please ensure an earky hearing in the matter so as to get service pension benefits which were to be accrued in favour of your father. In a situation where you dont get any relief from Kolkata HC, you may consider filing an appeal by way of SLP in Supreme Court for appropriate direction/order.
