Need guidance for divorce matter

Hello everyone,

I would really appreciate if guided. I had filed an divorce and child custody petition in 2009 on the grounds of cruelty and adultery. My wife had asked for interim maintenance u/s 24 of HMA and the court had granted the same. But my divorce petition was dismissed due to non payment of maintenance before 19 months. Can I again file the fresh divorce petition? Can my fresh petition be dismissed based on previous dismissal order?

HI Darshan, can you mention the date of dismissed order about divorce case. In the same way when was your marriage was held and how many children do you have.
