Hi , is it possible to convert green zone into NA plot and subsequent into R zone ?

If it yes than what is the law w.r.t to above and procedure ?

Both in Thane as well as Mumbai- Maharastra -India

Yes it is possible. You may check provision in following texts:

1. Sec. 44 of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code

2. Check Final Development Plan (as developed under Mah Regional & Town Planning Act) of the concerned area as approved by the Govt.

3. Check the provisions/ approved plan in Town Planning Schedule of the concerned area
