you may apply a petition in proper forum seeking divorce under sec 13b, for mutual consent. if it is not possible you may apply under 13a under cruelty for divorce. first you need not approach lawyer, first you file a petition from the forum then you will decide it. Becuase if he judge will call the both parties and he convenicened both you if it fails you go to contest the case.
