MY client sold a property to a purchaser, after receiving the cheques. The cheque got bounced and the purchaser is not ready to pay ,showing false allegation . The situation is that the deed is under registration. We had sent a letter to the registrar.I had filed a declaration and injunction in the Jr. DIV. praying for cancellation and restraining the defandent from occuping.
