what is the procedure adopted in a civil suit, when a girl attains majoirty,
brief of the case, when a girl is minor she is represented by her mother and she was 17 years and 11 months ol when i filed the suit so she did not sign the petition and mother signed on her behalf, on the first hearing she attained 18 years, what is the legal remedy to continue the case. or will the case be dismissed on the ground that new petitioner should be filed?
