Kindly advise me how to proceed next.
Raja has a private limited company and this company have 25 acres land. After Raja death, one of the company manager misused that property. So Raja's legal heirs filed a suite in Court to get their land shares of the above said land.
Then court auctioned that said property and collect bid from buyers. Then Court select highest bid and asked the bidder to settle the bid payment within the time frame. But the bidder initially paid small amount and after that they paid amount every year. They never follow the court orders and time frame.
In this situation Raja's legal heirs filed a case for bid amount is too small and they want to settle their share dispute within their family. This case still pending on the court. Legal heirs never collect moneyalso. In this situation court asked the register to register sale deed in favour of the Bidder.
Now the Bidder enjoy the property.
My Question is,
1) Any possible to get this land by legal heirs???
