I am persuing LLB , i m presently staying in PG, this PG food is not good. we students told so many times yet they didn't changed. so we students are planning to go legally. like taking food samples for testing.so many rooms lack ventilation facilities. so please any advocates in this forum kindly give us a suggestion ....plz

One question is the food not being tasty
This is not a crime if non tasty food is served however if the the food is not wholesome or unfit for human consumption then it becomes a crime. In such case the the inspector appointed under prevention of food adulteration act can take a sample you may have to approach the authority. You being a last student can study the same date.
Ruby also study consumer protection act and can come back if needing any guidance
