Need a legal advise

Hi law experts,

I am having an 5000 Sqft land and I have given to a person who setup nursery on that. He is there for 2-3 yrs.

Now he is asking to do a water drilling on the land so that he can use the water for his plants. Is it safe to ask him to dig that borewell in the land. He is telling that he will leave the place in next 2 years. I am thinking that I am getting an well but is this safe? Can anybody suggest me please.

It appears that you want it to be done on your land seeing the future use of same.

Make a rent agreement of 11 months and then again of 11 months and let him do that if you want so.

You both have to execute a Bi-parties deed in order to show that you are the land owner and you permitted him to dig well subject to conditions if any.
