Need a help

Dear ld friends,

I have the facts of the case but not able to find where and when it was decided.  The fact is that Royal Nepla airlines conduct every day flght from Kathmandu airport.  Mr. Bill a booked a tour in Nepal holidays tour package in which it  was said that persons having cardiac or severe health problem should not board the flight, inspite Mr. Billa boarded flight with hypoglecima due not taking tablets and food at rigth time and died in flight . LR's of Mr. Billa file a suit for compensation.

hypoglecima Whether its is a cardiac problem. I don't think It is some thing commonly related with diabetic patients. How ever the Airlines cannot be blamed.

My suggestion to find the case law.  Search the Google for the news article of the incident (give several choices of words such as 'Billa, Royal nepal airlines, passenger, death in flight etc.,)  Based on the search results, direct your further research.  Please post the result as it will  be useful for others also.  Tks.
