NDPS Act

can 29 act ndps be invoked anytime during the course of investigation or is it can be invoked at the intial
period of investigation

As per your concerned query!

Under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Act (NDPS) if section 29 was not in the FIR at first, later during the investigation the commission of an offence has made out.

During the investigation of the case, section 29 of NDPS can be added.
