NDPS Act

can 29 act ndps be invoked anytime during the course of investigation or is it can be invoked at the intial
period of investigation

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies that Section 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act can be invoked at any point during an investigation, even if it wasn't included in the initial FIR. If evidence of an offence emerges during the investigation, Section 29 can be added to the case. Further resources are available for those seeking a deeper understanding of NDPS law.

As per your concerned query!

Under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Act (NDPS) if section 29 was not in the FIR at first, later during the investigation the commission of an offence has made out.

During the investigation of the case, section 29 of NDPS can be added.

Hope it clarifies the issues!
