Dear Sir/Ma'am,
My Sister took a loan from Creditt instant loan application (NBFC Name is Datson Exports). She took loan of Rs.15,000 but due to health conditions she was unable to repay it. Now the Company is asking to pay Rs. 45,000 (Incl. Penalty/Interest). Summon issued by Lok Adalat for settlement. Party is staying in Bangalore & Summon issued of Ahmedabad Court. In Lockdown period how can 1 travel? I have asked the Creditt that will pay in half (20k now & remaining in few days) but they refused and insisted to pay at 1 shot the entire amount (Rs. 45,000).
Please guide what can be done in this case.
