Navi loan legal notice

Hi, Can a legal notice be served via Email or Whatsapp? It is valid?

It can be sent through email, however, whatsapp mode is yet to be recognised.

Yes. You can serve it by e mail as well as WhatsApp. Bombay High Court considers it valid mode. But how come you don't have address of the defaulter ?

As per the Surpeme Court Rules, notice must be sent by registered post to respondents. Service of notice through e-mail is not valid service as per rules, the Supreme Court Registrar has said [Hardev Ram Dhaka v Union of India].
