can any one tell me that how can i ask to court to do narco test of a fraud witness .
in a case
to prove that the witness is stating false hood about identification in the court for the first time and he is absolutely unable to identify him as he has not seen him earlier.
any good lawyer who can handle this case can reply.

There is no provisions to carry out narco test of witness who is falsely involving an accused. The trial court had no inherent power to order narco test. Only High Court & Supreme Court had inherent power to order narco test of witness . The narco test is also not 100% full proof to bring out the truth.
You require good lawyer to effectively cross examine the fraud witness & i'm sure the fraud witness will break down.

sir is there any other procedure to bring truth in front of court other than narco test.
or can i take c.i.d. investigation help.
