Hello All,
We have a land in Powai area with PR card in My Grandfather's name. He passed away.
There are 5 legal heirs in total. From which 2 of them also died but their descendants are there.
We all are in good terms with each other and want to transfer the name to the legal heir who are alive in the PR card.
Let us know what would be the process, docs required, estimated fees, time duration of the whole process.
