we have a rented land in the name of my elder brother .he give rent to rent control office because owner of the property was dead and his son doesnot take rent.but my elder brother want to change the name of the rent slip and trade licence to my name.
can this be possible.pls help me out.

Your query does not seem clear but in case this helps no tenant can use the said property for any other purpose then for which it was leased your lease agreement may help if it as clause stating the same you need prior permission of the land lord for any changes you want to do
