Name title spelling correction needed in marriage registration certificate

I am doing my marriage registration from Chennai. I have provided my wife's marksheet for date of birth proof as well as adhar, voter cards for id and residential proofs. There is a name title mistake for her in her marksheet. However, the same is correctly spelt in adhar and voter cards. However registration office is saying that they won't accept adhar and voter cards for name title spelling. They will only follow the marksheet for name spelling. So in registration certificate, wrong spelling of her name will be mentioned and it will have discrepancy with her adhar card and voter card. How to correct her name spelling in registration certificate ?

Take out marks-sheet and produce some other certificate to prove her date of birth.

Otherwise you may file an affidavit stating she (her name, parentage rand other relevant information) is one and the same person.

Thank you for the response.

Whether the affidavit from notary public is sufficient for the name spelling correction in marriage certificate ?

If the name in the marks sheet and the to that of the aadhar card differs then you may have to get the correct name declared by filing a suit for declaration to declare the correct name with correct spellings and seek direction to concerned authorities to accept the judgment declaring the correct name, until then you may have to wait

The facts posted are less than convincing. What is the relevance of the marksheet in the given facts.
