In my matric certificate name is spelt as" shambhoo kr Sahani", whereas in my service record it is " shambhu Kumar Sahani". I am employed since last 20 years. Is it a cause of concern,if yes, how to rectify it?
You have not stated what is your correct name in the query. Better to get a gazette notification regarding your correct name. For Gazette notification, you have to apply through the Tahsildar concerned.
Do not unnecessarily get disturbed with trivial things. Matric certificate is only a qualification certificate, and after 20years it is not going to help or obstruct you in future. Once you have correct AADHAR, there is no problem in future.
Nothing to worry, disturb and continue as it is.
