name removed from sat bara utara

Hi All,

We had our names present in the sat bara utara till a few months back. Name of the KUL was also there.

But when we obtained the latest copy of it a few months back, we found that our names have been removed

and only the names of the KUL are there.

we suspect foul play over here .

I would like to know what action can we take as regards to removal of our names.

Also can the KUL directly sell thisd land to someone?

First u meet Talati (Tehshildar) / Mamlatdar / Collector and says them to check your record thereafter u give a application for that and correction the record. I think this is mistake of type so slove short time.

It seems that the KUL had filed an application with the tahsildar that- since the land is "Jat inam varga 2", under the "jat inam varga karta nutnikaran kayda 1952" our names be removed and he should be named as sole owner. The tehsildar seems to have agreed and has removed our names.

What is this "jat inam varga karta nutnikaran kayda 1952" and can any legal measures can be taken or any application can be filed with tehsildar on this? Please advise

first you get the mutation entry by which your name is removed and the name of KULentered in 7/12 extract.then collect 7/12 extract before that entry of your name and show them to concern land officer accompanied with an application for delete the KUL name and reenter your name to the 7/12 extract.

You have to challenge the entry before the Tahaildar by filing a RTS Case.

Many thanks for your replies on this.

The mutation entry would be the latest sat bara extract?Also the concerned land officer would be the tehsildar? Also what should be mentioned in the application? Should any law be quoted in it?

Also what is an RTS case and what is the procedure for this?

Please advise.

In my opinion Village Form 7/12 shows two things. on the upper right side there is name of the owner and in below side the name of the cultivator. So when name of cultivator is removed without affording any opportunity, you have to file appeal before the Prant Officer for illegally removing your name. So far other question of Inami land is concerned, talati has no lpower to decide who is the owner. It is the Special Mamlatdar who decides the issues under Inam Act. So you can appeal against that order also. Both the matters are being dealt under separate laws.
