Name mismatch

I am NAGESH

From Bangalore my uncle bda site there bcz kempegowda layout land acquire now composention site givan

Name mismatch

In aadhar and pan and khata certificate name is somshekhar shivsharnappa shirsand s/o shivsharnappa shirsand

But in sale deed and allotment letter name is somshekhar  s/o shivsharnappa shirsand now how to correct this or no need of any corrections to sale someone

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a name mismatch issue on property documents for a site in Bangalore. While official records like Aadhar, PAN, and Khata list the name as 'Somshekhar Shivsharnappa Shirsand', the sale deed and allotment letter only state 'Somshekhar'. The seller's uncle's land was acquired for Kempegowda layout, and a compensation site was given. Despite advice to get a rectification deed, BDA officials have refused due to the RTC (Record of Rights, Tenancy, and Cultivation) showing the shorter name. The user is seeking guidance on how to proceed with correcting this discrepancy.

Get a rectification deed from the seller.  It is a must.
