Name in property card but have sold the flat. rights?

We had a flat in Mumbai which we sold the flat was inherited from parents and the PLOT had total of 4 legal heirs after death of parents all 4 names of new legal hires are mentioned on the property card including mine.

There are also other owners staying in the building who own the flat. But the property card has 4 legal heirs.

since we sold the flat do we still have right in the share of property goes for redevelopment.?

No.  As per the facts stated you 4 legal heirs have no right over it and it was sold.

When the property is already sold, what is the compulsion is desiring additional benefits?

Inconsistant and vague facts.

It would be better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for professional guidance and necessary proceeding.

Plot of land and the building constructed on it are two separate assets. If you have sold only the flat in the building then your right in the plot of land remains with you.

To my knowledge, the sale of the flat is inclusive of the rights in the plot as well.

Whether the right of the share in the  ownership of the plot was included depends on the terms, conditions and covenants of the registered sale documents.
