Name changes in birth certificate
My name is Napolean Kagoo joseph jude .I am resident of Chennai . Born in thoothukudi (03/05/1984) .
There are many errors in my birth certificate , spelling mistakes in my name and parents name .
I have tamil nadu gazette copy and published it in two local newspapers in chennai .
How to change the name in birth certificate ?

U cant change in the birth certificate but u can change the name by application which is available in tamilandu press just oppsite to LIC chennai. For that application u have to pay just 20 and fill the application with ur existing birth certyficate and otehr proof and submitted.
the formalities are available in the form itself
