Name change exceuted in india is valid outside the country

The name change gazette is valid outside of the country... I wish to work in France after my degree... The name in educational certificates are in the old name... Does it create problems while applying for job in france or abroad

No problem is created if u have changed it legally as per law.

You may have to apply for fresh certificates with new name to avoid complications when you plan to go abroad for further studies or employment.
