I am a hindu girl, and I am legally married(registered) to a muslim guy under Special Marriage Act in Oct 2011 Now I want to convert my religion to Islam and change my name to a muslim name to perform the ritual of Nikah.
May I know the procedure for the above and also i would like to know how to change my name in my govt id's.
