Hi,
I have done the affidavit as well the paper publication for name change from Patna(Bihar). Now I want to change my name on my passport. will my first name reflect on passport? Will I get any problem in getting visa, because I have all educational certificates with old name?
Also I want to go for further study. Will I get any problem in taking admission with my new name?

You must seek declaration of such name change from civil court or get it published Gov. gazzette.

yes I have done affidavit from civil court Magistrat.
