Testator mentions beneficiary name in the WILL as Ram Singh s/o Dilip Singh,and expires,. actually the beneficiary's name is Ram Kr.Singh s/o Dilip Singh.query is what action if required the beneficiary should take to prove that the testator left out his middle name by mistake/clerical/typing terror .
