I work as a guest teacher in delhi. I have changed my name recently and informed school. They have forwarded the application, but department is saying verbally that name change is not allowed and till now no communication is given. They not not renewing my joining for new session for name change issue. They say that I need to change my name back. Pls suggest
1) What legal options are there
2) As my pan and Aadhar is on new name how do I apply for Govt job with new name and will they accept my marksheet which has old name
3) Is there a way to get blanket order saying that my marksheet with old name should be acceptable while applying for any Government job.
