I have been working as a nurse since sept., 2009 in PGIMER, Chandigarh . It is an autonomous body but centre govt. owned. I have graduated in july, 2009 from the nursing college in PGIMER itself. Now, i wanted to apply for masters in US, For that i need to take a lot of exams and the application process itself takes upto one or two years. For one of those exams, i needed my college to forward my transcriptt the examination board in US. College authorities told me that for that i need to write down an application which must be forwarded through my employer first. On contacting my employer ( PGIMER) , i was told that they will not forward my application until i resign. I pleaded that i am just taking this exam, i am not sure if i will clear it or not and what if my admission application gets rejected. I will resign , once i secure admission. but they didn't pay heed. I therefore filed a legal writ in CAT, it was about to reach decision when on eof the judges retired. And so far no other judge have been appointed as it needs a double bench. My application limit is nearing by , i hav eto lose my 25000 bucks of fees plus it will waste one precious year from my future. is there any other way ?
