I am working as an officer in Airports Authority of India (AAI) and my wife is working in IT Sector (Capgemini).
My wife is not my Medical Dependent and avails Medical Benefits of Capgemini.
Recently my wife gave birth to our baby. As the Medical Benefits of AAI are much better than Capgemini, we have decided to make our avail the medical beneficiary of Airports Authority of India.
But my office HR (AAI-HR) has refused to add my child as medical beneficiary until and unless a declaration is given by Capgemini HR that my child is not availing Capgemini Medical Benefits.
Now, Capgemini HR has refused to provide any such declaration.
What should I do now? My child is left with no medical coverage. How to proceed legally against these two organizations?
Kindly note: The internal grievance redressal system of both the organizations are slow, pathetic and almost non-existent.
