My neighbor dog is pooping in front of my gate on daily basis it's almost 3-4 months and the dog is doing the same. Even i complained about this to my neighbor but still the problem is same ,my mother cleans up it everyday and again the dog do the same.....this is causing unnecessary metal disturbance in my family and Because of that i am not able to focus on my study.
What can i do in this situation what are the legal remedies available? Where i should complain?

Certainly, a civil action in tort lies. Prior to approaching the Court, you have the option to serve a legal notice.

Issue a legal notie to the neighbor to restrain his dog from doing this nuisance in your house, failing which you can warn him of the legal consequences through police or court
