My mom's cousin i.e. my uncle is illegally occupying property.

My Uncle in relation is trying to take ancestral property by all means. My maternal grandfather has 6 children (daughters) and his brother's children are trying to take all of the share of the property. Currently the ancestral property is in the name of my maternal grandfather and his brother, but they're trying to take full share by forcing us and bribing government officials.

1. File Partition Suit in the local Civil Court, for your share of the properties.

Yes,your mom has no option but to file partition suit against all co-sharer and calim her share also has to file petition for temp injunction for restraining them not to alienate suit property to any one.
