Your statements are totally confusing. At one point you say have filed all sorts of cases against them. Then you also say that they are willing to give you anything be it money or property. Once you file a DV and prove befor the court that your articles are with them they are bound to give you. Since they are willing to give you anything I don't think they will hold back any of your articles.
The common complaint that husband listens to his mother and is influenced by her is very sweet to hear. Are you not influenced by your mother or don't u listen to her? I am sure you have thrashed up your life. Even you donot know what you want or what you want from you husband or in laws. The problem with 406 is your articles will lie in the police station and you will have to spend a lifetime to get it back if at all. You do this to humiliate the husband and alas there are no 406 you can file against the police.
