My father died six months back. I have three brothers and one sister. We all are married. My brothers are not interested in giving me any share in my father's house and land and they are not entertaining any discussion on this. My sister is also not interested.
Please guide me that how can I have my share. I am daughter.

You can file a parttion suit. Together with you should claim before revenue department and should file objection in mutaion proceeding, if any is going on.

Swear an Affidavit by declration successor and legal heirs of your father before the Judicial Magistrate ,then file an objection with a copy of this to Block Land Revenue Office.Also File a Partition suit against your brothers in a proper Civil Court.

U file a partition suit in civil court, give a application in revenue records offices, If society / Association u give a application to the society chairman, without your sign they not sale this property another person becuz the title is effectively.
