hello Lawyers and leagal system, my lawyer is not so good and i dont trust him... we have given him more the enough amt of money and fees to him for jus getting us the "coditional judgement"I dont trust him.. and we went foR ASKING him change of vakalet and my advocate is threating us and not giving our case back...he is using obusive words and so rashly speaking to us... WHAT CAN I DO AND I DOnt WANNA PAY HIM ANYMORE.... PLEASE HELP ME AND GIVE ME GOOD SUGGESTION...hounrable Lawyers ...

Hi
You can file a complaint against your advocate in the state bar council.
but before that , please go with a positive mind set to your advocate and ask for his consent to change the advocate.
normally advocates do not refuse the client's request, unless it is abnormal or contrary to practice.
