can the defendant move that application for discovery and production of the document on the basis of which plaint darft in the bsence of that document defendant could able to make written statment.
can i also move the application of order 7 rule 14 application for the production of douments?

pls. go through the order 11 rule 12 read with rule 16. You can ask for supply of the documents from the plaintiff or file an application before the court to supply the documents as mention in the plaint.
