Mutual divorce under section 13 -b

After contest of case for 4 years filed for Divorce under 13- B but lower court rejected that u should file a fresh application under 13- B and given judgement of supreme court that not before six months u can get Divorce we have agreed on some conditions for Divorce and now we want to file same at High Court i.e after taking copy of the Judgement of LOwer court whether this will benefit us
