Mutual divorce under 13 b before 6 months

Hi All, I required you help w.r.t. Divorce by Mutual consent under sec 13b of HMA. As per the law, it is mandatory that 6months be between 1st Motion and 2nd Motion. Can this mandatory 6 months be waived by District Court? Do they have such power to waive off 6 months or is it only High court and Supreme court has this power? Please provide any citation if psbl thanks in advance.

did u applied 13b mcd ,in the earlier post u mentioned that u r going to apply in january 2014 mid what happened ????

did u passed the first motion

when is second date due???
