A mutual divorce have been filled by sister -in -law and have demanded a rupees 5 lakh from my brother and have also filled a fasle 498a against us.But my brother is currently un-employed and do not have the ability to pay the huge amount.Now she is demending that my father should pay this whole money to her.What should we do.

If your brother and sister-in-law made petition for mutual consent divorce in front family judge than i think less problem will be there.Even i am also surprise any woman is ready for divorce on mutual consent ,how she can blame for false allegation.
